Some pictures from NYC
Here are some pictures from the street fair - that's my liddle bro David and Rach, and the lake in central park - note the apartment block they used in Ghost Busters, which (as my bro says) you can see easily from the park, but try and walk along central park west and find it, and you can't... spooky... ;^)
I may not be your first visitor in NYC, but I'm your first visitor here in this blog post!

oooh! you've arrived! and there's photographic evidence of you enjoying yourself! yay! just thought i'd drop you a line to let you know i'm thinking of you and hoping your settling into new york in the most spectacular way...
don't suppose you would have heard the news all the way over there, but i have landed a job as national editor of a new magazine. i know, fucking insane. i will actually be doing what i love FOR A LIVING. it's just crazy. am still pinching myself. i finally feel like i have *arrived*. very, very excited/relieved/scared etc.
looks like great things are happening for both of us!
